About H C Loft Services

I specialise in top quality aluminium, sliding loft ladders and loft hatch extension and/or replacement.

I'm based on the Warwickshire / Leicestershire border and primarily serve the Warwickshire and South Leicestershire area, but I welcome enquiries from throughout the Midlands.

I am a one-man operation, so I have a personal interest in each project, working every job from enquiry to completion, always aware that I am dealing with my clients’ homes and privacy.

I have more than 15 years trade experience, during which I have gained a reputation for the high standard of my work, a good portion of which comes from personal recommendation.

For Customer Convenience the majority of installations are completed within HALF A DAY.

My SURVEYS are HONEST and Free from Obligation.

The purpose of the Survey is to assist in the choice of the appropriate product(s) and to fully explain the nature of the work required, in order to help the client make an informed, doubt-free decision.

I submit a guaranteed price at the time of the survey, and arrange a mutually convenient time for the work to be carried out. The priced quoted is FIXED - with NO hidden supplements.

PAYMENT will be requested ONLY on work completion.
NO deposits are required.
